Think before acting. If you’re always reacting without thinking, you’re not improving the bottom line, you’re make it worse. When trying to increase sales, focus on what matters, not the tools you use. Sure, if the tools you’re using are legitimately bad, then it’s worth considering moving to something else, but if it’s not the tools, leave them alone and focus on changes that will improve sales.
